OOPS! Check this Song Out
I forgot to put a title on that last post, so there's no way to click on it! What I was saying was that I've never really looked at the charts here at Indie Music People, but I took a look the other day, and lo and behold, there was a song I'd written back in the 90s, at number 16! It was recorded with my old band "The Trouts." It's a pretty cool song, but I haven't played or thought about it in quite a while, so it's kind of trippy how it's even being listened to. Nice track Tom, and I get what Richard sad about it, It did remind me of The Hollies, well done to you and the band.

Thank you Muse and Richard. Though I wrote the song, everyone came up with their own parts, so it really was a band effort. It's cool when your bandmates come up with something that surprises you - like that cool bass line.

I really like the authentic band sound. It’s an excellent showcase for your vocals and lyrics. The song and performance check all the boxes for a Hollies type of pop rock commercial endeavor. It also evokes the British Invasion sound. That’s a big accomplishment!
