I think this song is a classic rock anthem with a 70s stadium rock feel - it's the one where you get the audience singing along. I'd probably put it in the "Alternative, Retro, and psychedelic genre. I hold my lighter up!

When I write a song, I don’t really intend for it to be in any particular genre. I just write what I feel but since it’s a requirement that we choose a category for the GK Awards, I’d really like to know what my colleagues think is the right category for this song. When I uploaded it to my artist page, I chose classic rock. But I really don’t know if that’s the most accurate category for this song. Any opinions? Thanks!

I always expect the highest degree of professionalism when listening to your work and you never disappoint me. Great job on this song.
