Thanks, Scott for putting my song POP4U on the Featured Song page. It’s been a while but I have a few things on the assembly line that I’m very excited about. I can’t crank them out as quickly as I used to but I’m trying my best. ;-)

Such an infectious melody. Interesting choice of sounds. It may not be easy to extract that tune from my brain!

Thanks so much, Tom. I haven’t posted a new song in a while because I’ve been working on some new songs which aren’t finished yet. I’m doing a special project which is mostly country rock which has never been my specialty but I’m learning the ropes because of some opportunities in Nashville. It’s a deceptively difficult genre to master because of the strict parameters but it’s creatively challenging for that very reason. All that said, I wrote Pop4U as a kind of palate cleanser and something I’m more familiar with. I wanted to sound cheerful and upbeat for a change with a healthy dose of rock guitar just for good measure. So glad you liked it!

A lot of nice textures in there, Richard - nice on the ears. I've always admired your lead playing - you don't fall into clichés and it's always fresh and original.
