Oh it absolutely works in that genre, it probably is the best fit. Defined genres have limits, but the art form does not, and thus many works transcend the labels we try to put on them.

Thanks so much, Mike! I was going to put the song in Classic Rock but that’s what I usually do and I wanted to try a different category this time. The song was inspired by The Rolling Stones who I am more or less obsessed with these days. They have one of the greatest rhythm sections of all time and their amazing body of work speaks for itself. The Beatles were polished and the Stones have rough edges - 2 sides of the music coin - yin and yang. Between the two bands they basically wrote the encyclopedia of rock but Dylan wrote the dictionary! I'm glad you got that worked out, Norm! And thank you for the station adds. Much appreciated as always.

That was fantastic, much more than just a guitar instrumental. A very fun and engaging listen. It has a great flow, and the brass serves as a very pleasing back drop to the shredding. I've had the problem a few times with other songs. After a few hours or a day it seems to sort itself out, but try it in another browser if you have one in the meantime.
