clean slates
I couldn't go on without this innate ability I have to assign myself unlimited clean slates. I sometimes claim clean slates several times a day. It's really hard to go on without a clean slate. I feel really sorry for people who are so conscientious they hesitate to give themselves clean slates, how do they keep going? Anyhow I must stop there, I feel like a clean slate.

Yeah, I agree that clean slates are essential towards a healthy lifestyle. I have given myself many of them. I started doing that when i came home from Vietnam and it has continued even to this day. A therapist once told me that it was okay to give myself a break. To forgive myself and even move on from self made trauma. I didn't even realize that I was punishing myself for mistakes I made in my youth until she pointed it out. A clean slate means everything is a do over untainted by the past. I think we all should give ourselves a clean slate or two daily like you man. Much Respect, Stoneman
