I studied Karate from the age of 5 till i was 13. We used to do it at the YMCA in Peterhead. We used to run about the streets in our Karate unforms in bair feet we only did it a couple of times. I learned a lot from that. But the one thing i did learn was Karate is only to protect yourself not for your advantage. It did however protect me from the bullys in high school.
