Uh... since this thread is about LIFE being over-rated...and Richard Scotti did ask about the name Conversation Suicide (a form of death) --- I'll just mention a couple of other meanings for the name: What do you call a band that does pop/rock/alternative/Blues/Metal/punk/funk and hip-hop and also fuses 'em all as much as possible, with a revolving door of collective musicians and PHLEGM? Another meaning: Sitting around smokin' a fattie, lost in conversation and then DUDE sez - "uh.... what were we talkin' about?" -- and other dude sez - " durrrrr... don't know!" -- THAT's CONVERSATION SUICIDE! So many more meanings -- so little time!

get your teeth into it ---- chew it up a bit--- it tastes good----and bad---imo whinging is no answer-----having kids is ! so is watching a sunrise being "in love" turning off the TV but I live in paradise ---New Zealand!!!

to become a parent open one's eyes: I read an article about britpop band Oasis recently, and surprise, surprise: they talk about the balance this event brings in their life and how it leads to less selfishness. Certainly a plus-value 8-) rock'n kids

I'm curious as to how the name "conversation suicide" was arrived at. There must be an interesting story behind it.

Overrated? I don't think so. My worst day as a musician is better than my best day at my 9-5. I also get to teach music to my grandson. When Reece says "Papa lets play", I'm one happy rocker! D.

I would rather be poor and go on Living then be rich and dead. I read of a study last week where they found Money does not equate to happiness...what does? Family, friends, a sense of purpose, and good health. Equating the sanctity of Life to the amount of wealth is sad... Life can never be overrated...Its the most precious thing in the universe!

Real wealth is a state of mind.. ..hard to understand in these times, but we are going to need to try to in order to deal with these upcoming economy issues. oh wait, is it mind or heart?.. or was that heart and soul.. I am so profound today!
