The Worst Guitar Solo Ever?

What's the WORST solo you've ever heard either on record or at a concert?
Here's a couple to get the ball rolling:
"So Lonely" The Police
"Cover of the Rolling Stone": Doctor Hook

That was the Tin Man all the way... It was supposed to sound that way but I have had people really tear me down over it... guess some folks just can't mix bad humor with bad music !

I think Andy's normally a fine player Larree - his rhythm chops with Police and his later jazz work are great. But this solo sounds like that annoying lil mosquito that buzzes around your head when you're trying to get to sleep!

Hey Man with No Band. Yeah that was pretty awful - was it Tinman or Strawman on lead?

It was a "Looney Tunes" Road Runner bouncing Wile. E. Coyote off the bottom of the canyon scale.

This topic would not be complete without some mention of The Bonzo Dog Band. In particular, "Fresh Wound" has a wonderfully awful solo. And, at the risk of sounding self-promotional, Hop On Pop has a (intentionally) dreadful, DOUBLED guitar solo on our song "Bound To Fail". But yes, the Bonzos are the kings. PS - Camper Van Beethoven has a dreadful, painful violin solo in their cover of Black Flag's "Wasted" on their album Telephone-Free Landslide Victory.
