Chasing the Dream, Losing the Battle, not the war
So, I found myself in a predicament about a month ago, I didnt like the way things were going in some aspects of a group I represented and a falling out of sorts transpired. It happens, and I had to do some soul searching and re-evaluation for the future . Promotion of groups solo artists bands is a hellacious job, there are never any guarantees an artist will hit a home run on a song or album. I was in an enviable position with a particular band who had something special happen, got signed to a label,and got distribution deal but thought. ah hell i dont need this Crap,too stressful,I aint anyone's bitch and I am out. i rather deal with people who dont shit on you,. get it, forget it, so I cut the thing loose and even though it was tough to do, it was the right thing to do . I have dealt with pricks in the past,did not like their arrogance and condescending attitude and didnt tolerate it, didnt represent them. too much trouble. Some were freaking amazing musicians, but I looked at the big picture and said, self, you are only going to have a pain in the ass with them, let it ride, This last one, well it was a suffocating relationship, not worth it. but wish them all the best. back in the saddle. have some good people and musicians entertainers coming onboard bryon.

You're a brilliant promoter Bryon - obviously you get results - so it only makes sense that you call your own shots. Good luck with every single thing you do :)
