For all you Vancouver and Lower mainland blues lovers, JULY 5th and 6 is a way to cure your summertime blues, 3rd annual blues bash with two stellar bands laying down their vibe at the fabulous BLUE FROG PERFORMANCE CENTRE and recording studios located in the seaside resort of White Rock Appearing on July 5th 2013, thebluevoodoo thebluevoodoo BV songs at iacmusic bluevoodoo site located here at thebluevoodoo iacmusic site About the The bluevoodoo The Bluevoodoo were a Maple Blues nominee in 2003 for their Ride cd release (Toronto blues Society.) They were also twice named nominees for the 2005 and 2007 Western Canadian Music Awards for best blues releases for Sparkle and Shine and Back to the Shack cds There have been many other acknowledgements nominations and awards throughout their career.. Not long ago they released their outside looking in cd their 4th album , The Band has been around going on 13 years which in itself is quite an accomplishment and during that time produced 4 albums and played well over 2500 shows and have toured Europe as well working with Mario Brox as their booking agent during the tour.

(Bryon is featured in the video laying his chops down on piano with the bluevoodoo) Promotions of the bluevoodoo by Bryon Tosoff of Voodoohead Productions July 6th 2013 Poppa Dawg Band Poppa Dawg was the Kelowna band that won the International Blues Challenge event the WRBS (White Rock Blues Society) held last year. As a result they were sponsored by the society to represent B.C. and the society at the IBC held by the Blues Foundation in Memphis this past January. He and his band mates went all the way to the semi finals.
