collaboration
for those of you who have collaborated on songs, - do you share files by email? - what softwares? types of files? - what's the process? of course these questions assume that you use the internet because of proximity constraints.

I don't know if this will help but, I have recieved a mp3 file over email brought it out to my studio and loaded it to 2 tracks in my little digital thing and put parts on it and it seems seamless. You just have to get the levels and mix right. So many people have diff software it would be tough to find someone compatable to what you have, lest you have the industry standard. Protools.
