I was 47 when Casey Jones was engineerin that train. "for better or worse, the things that you loved are still there for continued enjoyment." No, they're all gone.

What about Casey Jones Warner? Or is that before your time?

OMW - I believe that what happened is this - they were made and enjoyed in their own time by a generation of people that lived in that time and appreciated them. Ensuing generations develop different ideas of entertainment and therefore enjoy different things. The beauty of any era is that is existed, was loved and appreciated, and that it passed the torch to the next generation. And you're right, tv has changed. Is it better? Open for endless debate, let's just agree that it's different. I think that we can also agree that the technology of today allows us to preserve and watch shows of a bygone era. So although tv has changed, for better or worse, the things that you loved are still there for continued enjoyment.
