I don't get the new rules
Now as I understand this, we're allowed to kiss a girl if they say yes but you have to ask first, right? and you can grope a girlfriend but they have to sign some paper first? What about hugs? How long do you have to know somebody before a hug is appropriate, and does internet time count on that? If a girl plays on your softball team can you pat her on the butt? Help me with this somebody.

Bottom line, keep your hands to yourself unless you are invited to touch. Let her touch you first. That would be a good indicator that you are welcome to explore more. Use that thing you were given to communicate with. Your mouth. Ask if it is okay and if at any time she says stop. Stop! It really isn't as complicated as some would like to make it. "Yes" means yes and "No" means no. Easy peasy man.

I'M AFRAID THERE'S NOT A MANUAL OF GROPING ETTIQUETTE JUST TEST THE WATERS GENTLY AND SEE HOW FAR YOU GET KISSING IS A MINEFIELD, BUT THIS IS HOW I VIEW IT NOT TOO LONG, NOT TOO WET, BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU DO IT HUGGING IS ACCEPTABLE IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS ON SPORTS FIELDS, AT FUNERALS AND BUSY RAILWAY STATIONS HOWEVER, PATTING BUTTS IS OFTEN MISCONSTRUED WHEN A PAT BECOMES A LINGER WITH A PROBING WAYWARD FINGER THEN THAT'S OBVIOUSLY WAY TOO RUDE
